ROAST PORK DINNER: The Union Congregational Church, located on Church Street in York Beach, will hold a roast pork dinner from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug.18. Adults eat for $10, children 10 and under for $5. This will be a continuous-serve meal, no reservations required. Annual Chocolate Fest: Join the folks at St. George's Episcopal Church in York Harbor from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, for the annual Chocolate Fest. Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, candy, pretzels, you name it! Prizes will be raffled off. St. George's wonderful parish cookbook, "Dragon Feast," will also be on sale. A Healing Service: A healing service and testimony of the electrifying spiritual journey of Frank Kelly, a former construction foreman whose life mission was changed by a literally shocking occurrence and its astounding aftermath, will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, at St. Christopher's Church, 4 Barrel Lane. Free-will offering. The evening will include Mass, Confession, Frank's personal prayer on each individual and refreshments. Put together a team of two to four people and register to participate in this fun and challenging "Jeopardy-style" history game show.
