Green terror cichlid question?
i was in petsmart last time and i saw some small green terrors, all almost the exactly same size , but i did saw a couple that were beat up really badly and were in the corner of the tank, my question is that there is lots of people that have no problems having green terrors with peaceful fish like tinfoil barbs, blood parrots angelfish, and such, and it is true i have seen the video, so if i get one of those beat up almost dead ones does that mean they will be less aggressive rather than the real mean GTs? the fishes i have in my aquarium are all cichlids like an inch or two bigger than the GT i mean i know that oscars are classified to be aggressive while my oscar got along with my 2 goldfish, and the tank was over crowded before and i had no physical issues with them, same goes with jack dempseys, wat people told me is that they look at the tank for like half an hour and then they choose the one that is the less aggressive of the store’s tank
admin answers:Mid size community for sure. When you keep compatible cichlids you will have a very interesting and fun tank. I have a 36 Gal with 1 keyhole and 1 Bolivian ram 1 small blue acara ( I’m rehoming him soon). My 55 Gal is a breeding pair of blue acaras.
I love NW cichlids and when kept together they are lots of fun. Are you looking to keep semi aggressive or would you want more peaceful.

I got a green pike and a green terror yesterday. My Gobi thinks that she is the boss of them. The pike and Gobi are the same size but the GT is a little bit smaller. If the Gobi keeps on messing with them is it gonna get killed by the pike or GT? And the Gobi is not attack them she is just following them around a lot and getting in their space.
